Peter Leslie
 After 38 years in the broadcasting industry as an announcer Peter retired from radio in July 2009. Starting at an early age Peter worked at 3UL Warragul in Victoria, also on Melbourne stations 3XY and 3KZ. He was on the first judging panel for the Golden Guitar Awards in 1973 and through the following years has served as a judge many times, not only on the awards, but also at many country music events.

Peter is a past President of the Orana Country Music Association (Dubbo where he was made a life member), and past Vice President of the Country Music Guild of Australasia and is also a foundation member of the Australian Country Music Foundation in Tamworth.

Peter holds the record of the longest number one (according to the Neilson Survey) reigning breakfast presenter at Radio 2DU (Dubbo) of 22 years.

Now retired Peter is still very active in the Country Music Industry.

Peter was elevated to the Australian Country Music Broadcasters Hall of Fame in 2004.
